Hidden and Not So Hidden Gems of Berkeley
Do you like zebras? This artist certainly does. Not just the trompe l’oeil garage door/stable, but the car on the street is literally covered in zebra motifs and a zebra hangs in a tree in the front yard. Below the tree, a couple of mild-mannered ladies protest the war—this is Berkeley, after all. The hula dance in the background is a nice touch. Where? On Ada, west of Sacramento, behind the elementary school.
