Hidden and Not So Hidden Gems of Berkeley
On Colusa, between San Pablo and Monterey, there is a cornucopia of recycled materials and found objects, the work of a beachcomber-meets-Picasso. Centered on the artist’s residence, they range from several “Kon Tiki” style masks derived from nautical detritus to a giant bug made from throwaway cigarette lighters and combs, and everything in between! Some have wandered off to nearby houses.
