Hidden and Not So Hidden Gems of Berkeley
There is no shortage of peace signs in Berkeley. To document them all would be a daunting project. This one appealed in its simplicity. Incorporating Gerald Holtom's original design for the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament with the word "Peace" and a white flower (no doubt representing Berkeley), it lay unassumingly in the grass of a yard on Buena Vista opposite the three-legged triskelion.
